Grenada has been in the forefront of Science and Technology for a long time at least in the production of ideas and blueprints for action but somehow failing to get things done on the ground. It is clear that S and T involving agriculture and other applied sciences are the engines of economic growth and we must train our people at home in those areas, not send them away not to return. The Grenada University of Science and Technology was set up to get S & T anchored in Grenada.
